The Big Wood Steak house is an excellent choice. I have eaten there the last two trips up. They have accommodated our group with every need, even after closing. The service and hospitality is exceptional. The food is great and will continue to head there while in the neighborhood. |  | | | | Kim

I first came to the BWSH in the winter of 2009 on the advice of my boyfriend's daughter and was astounded by the quality of the meal. It was fabulous! In Jackman, Maine! Who knew??!! BWSH is the only place we have dinner now when we come to Jackman. There's really no point in going anywhere else! | | | | | clay oliver

We were truely treated as guests when we arrived - the place was packed and there were many people waiting to come in and enjoy.
We did enjoy our food very much and our waitress was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. | | | | | Celie & Kevin
